The aim of ITEST-2022 is to stimulate the research in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT), highlight emerging ICT implementations in research, higher education, healthcare, and technology, promote exchanging scientific information and practical achievements in this field, establish closer relations between universities and scientific institutions of different countries, encourage young people to scientific research.

The conference committee invites you to actively participate in discussions, present your reports, and exhibit your own software, electronic, and information resources.

Plenary report, section report, message on sections, remote participation, correspondence participation, free listeners.

Real-time broadcasting for plenary and breakout sessions will be provided. Participation in webinars, schools of young scientists, demonstrations of software, electronic and information resources will be organized.

Conference proceedings will be issued in both printed and electronic versions prior to the conference and will feature the papers recommended by the program committee.

Participation in the conference

In order to receive an invitation and have their report included into the conference program, the participants will submit their application and their abstracts via the conference website, as well as pay the registration fees.

Participants shall be awarded a certificate of participation in electronic and printed form.

Participants from Ukraine – 250 UAH, international participants – 10$.

Publication of extended articles

The authors of research papers included into the conference program will be able to submit complete and original articles in English (not less than 16,500 characters without spaces). These articles will be published in a separate issue of Springer Lecture Notes in Computational Science and Engineering. The series "Lecture Notes in Computational Science and Engineering" has ISSN and is indexed in Scopus (quartile Q2).

Additional fee for Springer article processing – 250 UAH for participants from Ukraine, 10$ for international participants.

To include a report recommended by the program committee in the conference program and receive an invitation, the participant must register and submit to the organizing committee through the resource https://easychair.org/:

Conference fee includes the cost of conference materials publishing, including the cost of one copy of conference proceedings and office supplies.

Expenditures for travel, accommodation, and meals, as well as participation at additional events (welcome party, tour for Shevchenko places in Cherkasy region) are covered by conference participants themselves.

Besides Cherkasy hotels, the participants can stay at ChSTU hotel or hostels. The Organizing Committee can provide information about hotels in Cherkasy and their costs.

1. Papers must be original, not previously published and those that are not under consideration for publication at the time of the conference. The materials are accepted after the review.
2. Abstracts must be sent as Microsoft Word documents.
3. Abstracts should include author’s small-scale research reports or practical results related to the conference themes.
