The aim of ITEST-2024 is to stimulate the research in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT), highlight emerging ICT implementations in research, higher education, economy, healthcare, and technology, promote exchanging scientific information and practical achievements in this field, establish closer relations between universities and scientific institutions of different countries, encourage young people to scientific research.

The conference publishes papers of two types: short-text (conference theses) and full-text.

Publication of short-text papers

Authors may submit short papers for publication in conference proceedings using the link: https://t.ly/3KzFw.

A template for short-text papers and recommendations for the authors can be found on the conference website.

Participants shall be awarded a certificate of participation.

Registration fee

Participants from Ukraine – 250 UAH.

International participants – free of charge.

Publication of full-text papers

The authors of the short-text papers included into the conference program will be offered to submit complete and original full-text papers in English. International authors may submit a full-text paper without submitting a short-text paper.

Full-text papers will be published in Springer Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies issue (https://www.springer.com/series/15362). The series "Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies" has ISSN and is indexed in Scopus (quartile Q3)

Important!

Each of the authors submitting full-text paper agrees to provide peer review for 1-2 other papers. In addition, at least one co-author of each accepted full-text paper must register to attend the conference and present a paper. If none of the co-authors of the accepted full-text paper has registered to participate and has not reported at the conference, their paper will not be published.

1. Papers must be original, not previously published and those that are not under consideration for publication at the time of the conference. The materials are accepted after the review.
2. Abstracts must be sent as Microsoft Word documents.
3. Abstracts should include author’s small-scale research reports or practical results related to the conference themes.

Block 1. Name – printed in bold capital letters centered.

Author (authors) surname and initials – after the title, in bold letters, centered.

Name of the author (authors) institution, centered, after the surname and initials.

Abstract (100-250 words describing the goals, objectives, object and purpose of the research, methods used, results).

Keywords (at least 4 words).

Block 2. For abstracts in Ukrainian the same data as in block 1, in the same order in English.

Block 3. The short paper in the original language in one line space after the author’s institution name.

Short paper structure: Introduction, work goal, problem statement, main part, conclusions, references.

Drawings and photographs must be in JPEG format.

For tables: the word “Table” and the table number must be aligned to the right, the title must be centered (in bold type).

Formulas must be typed in Equation Editor in font Times New Roman normal symbol – 12 px, large index – 8 px, small index – 6 px, big symbol – 14 px, small symbol – 12 px.

References must be given in brackets. The first number indicates the reference number in the reference list given by the order of their appearance in the text, then after the comma the second number – the page number. References title must be centered and located in a single space from main text. References made out in accordance with the rules of the bibliographic description.
